Help buying SRC slot cars?

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to start adding pieces to your Wishlist, but, you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.

I have forgotten my password - what should I do?

Simply follow the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

How do I receive SRC email updates?

Stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. You can then manage your email preferences under ‘My Account’.

How do I place an order on your site?

1. Choose a category located at the top of the page or perform a search to find the specific product.

2. Select the part you want and click "Add to cart". Once you have added all items, you just have to go to your shopping bag and proceed with the processing of your order in the "Summary" column.

3. Access your account or, if you don't have one yet, you can process your order as a guest.

4. Enter your address, payment method and shipping details to complete your order. And that's it! We will confirm your order and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We will keep you updated at every step of the process.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Can I cancel or make changes to my CRS order?

Yes. Contact our Customer Service Advisors to do so. We’re unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional items. Find out more in our Return & Refunds Policy.

All purchase orders received by Slot Racing Company through the Website are subject to the availability of the products and/or to the fact that no circumstance or cause of force majeure such as those described in the Disclaimer section affects their supply. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or there are no products in stock, Slot Racing Company undertakes to contact the User and reimburse any amount that may have been paid as an amount.
